H. Ross Clements, AIA, NCARB, CDT is a registered architect in South Carolina and Tennessee. He received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Tennessee and holds an NCARB certificate. Mr. Clements now directs the forensic engineering and architecture staff at Fuller Consluting Engineers, Inc. of Greenville, SC.

Mr. Clements design experience includes healthcare and retail projects, renovations to educational facilities, multi-family and single-family construction.

Mr. Clements forensic experience includes building envelope repair projects and forensic investigations related to water intrusion, ADA and FHA compliance, slip/fall, building code reviews, and other construction related defects which require him to serve as an expert witness. Mr. Clements has experience working with both defense and plaintiff counsel.
