Mr. Clements design experience includes healthcare and retail projects, renovations to educational facilities, multi-family and single-family construction types.
Mr. Clements current work includes forensic investigations related to water intrusion, ADA and FHA compliance, slip/fall, building code reviews, and other construction related defects which require him to serve as an expert witness. Mr. Clements has experience working with defense counsel as well as plaintiff counsel on numerous cases.
