Mr. Zoutewelle serves as the Chair of the Charlotte Zoning Board of Adjustment for 2008 as well as the Mecklenburg County Environmental Policy Coordinating Council, and is on the Civil Engineering and Surveying Advisory Committee of Central Piedmont Community College. He has served as President of the Mecklenburg Surveyors of Association and offers services as a consulting expert and testifying expert, and has provided such services to assist in the resolution of litigation and arbitration cases for multiple clients in North Carolina.
